Bring the sunshine to your plate with this Buddha bowl! Here are only good things: carbohydrates with rice, fruits and vegetables, and proteins with avocado and eggs. Proof that it's possible to eat healthily by making easy and quick recipes ;-)

  • Cook the rice according to the instructions on your package.
  • Meanwhile, cut the fruits and vegetables.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat with a little olive oil and crack your egg into it. Let it cook for about 2 - 3 minutes for a runny yolk.
    Meanwhile, arrange your ingredients around the plate.
  • Place the fried egg in the center of your plate and sprinkle everything with sesame seeds.
    Finish with the dressing by mixing olive oil with balsamic vinegar and enjoy your meal!
