- Cook the rice according to the instructions on your package.
- Meanwhile, cut the fruits and vegetables.
- Heat a pan over medium heat with a little olive oil and crack your egg into it. Let it cook for about 2 - 3 minutes for a runny yolk.
Meanwhile, arrange your ingredients around the plate. - Place the fried egg in the center of your plate and sprinkle everything with sesame seeds.
Finish with the dressing by mixing olive oil with balsamic vinegar and enjoy your meal!
