Observations

How long can I store the vegetarian jar salad?
We recommend eating it the same day if it is not chilled. However, if you refrigerate it, you can also use it the next day.

How do I replace the ingredients of the vegetarian jar salad?
You can use any raw vegetables but also cold cooked vegetables.
You can add cheese (like feta cheese for example). Opt for legumes that do not change their taste when in contact with the sauce, such as chickpeas and lentils. Finally, you can choose any carbohydrate, including spelt, rice, pasta.

I am not a vegetarian, can I add animal protein to the jar salad?
Yes, you can add shrimps, cooked chicken or crumbled tuna. The combinations to try are endless.

How do I wash quinoa?
Quinoa can have a strong taste if it is not washed enough. To reduce this taste, wash the quinoa several times in a bowl until the water is clear. You will notice the difference.

How do I replace peanut butter in the salad dressing?
You can replace the peanut butter with a tablespoon of soy sauce. Feel free to also add lemon and ginger if you want an even more special taste.
