    Bring the water to boil and salt it. Wash the quinoa until the water is clean, then cook it for 10 minutes with the lid on.

    Wash the salad, cabbage and carrots. Cut the carrots with the help of a peeler.

    Put the peanut butter, sesame oil, honey, salt and pepper in the bottom of the jar. Mix well.

How long can I store the vegetarian jar salad?
We recommend eating it the same day if it is not chilled. However, if you refrigerate it, you can also use it the next day.

How do I replace the ingredients of the vegetarian jar salad?
You can use any raw vegetables but also cold cooked vegetables.
You can add cheese (like feta cheese for example). Opt for legumes that do not change their taste when in contact with the sauce, such as chickpeas and lentils. Finally, you can choose any carbohydrate, including spelt, rice, pasta.

I am not a vegetarian, can I add animal protein to the jar salad?
