Preparation
- In a bowl, blend oil, vinegar, honey and spices (including salt & pepper).
- Peel and slice pear.
- Fill spoons with a piece of pear, topped with a smoked duck slice and another pear piece.
- Add a little vinaigrette to your spoons.
- That’s it! Ready to serve
