Ingredients:
2 Avocados(I would get one per person if you are serving it closed or 1 for two people if you will serve it open) You want it firm so it won't be too mushy, but not too firm that it is hard.
1/4 Pound Peeled Cooked Shrimp Handful of Fresh Cilantro
1 Lemon
Kosher Salt- A few dashes

Preparation:
1. Cut the avocados in half lenght wise and remove pit.
2. Scoop avocado from shell being careful to keep shape.
3. Chop shrimp and remove tails if necessary.
4. Chop a handful of the cilantro.
5. Juice the lemon.
6. Top each avocado with the shrimp, cilantro and lemon.
7. Sprinkle kosher salt on each.
8. Close the avocado by placing them back toegher.
9. Cut off a tiny tip of the closed avocado to expose inner ingredients.
Serve with cocktail sauce and a knife and fork.
