Preparation
- Prepare the sauces :
Combine all curry sauce ingredients in a bowl and all paprika sauce ingredients in an other bowl. - Spread the paprika sauce on the bottom bun. Add the arugula and half of a sliced avocado.
- Add the shelled shrimps on top of the avocado then add the cilantro leaves and the curry sauce.
- Spread the rest of the curry sauce on the top bun and close your burger !
