Preparation

  • Step 1 - Avocado, shrimp and cilantro burger
    Prepare the sauces :
    Combine all curry sauce ingredients in a bowl and all paprika sauce ingredients in an other bowl.
  • Step 2 - Avocado, shrimp and cilantro burger
    Spread the paprika sauce on the bottom bun. Add the arugula and half of a sliced avocado.
  • Step 3 - Avocado, shrimp and cilantro burger
    Add the shelled shrimps on top of the avocado then add the cilantro leaves and the curry sauce.
  • Step 4 - Avocado, shrimp and cilantro burger
    Spread the rest of the curry sauce on the top bun and close your burger !
