Tempura Platter

Squash, Green chili (for tempura), eggplant and squid (calamari)

Actually, its calamari with veggie tempura..anyway.. today is my turn to request and hubby`s turn to cook. I helped by making some batter for the tempura, turns out he doesn`t like it and made another batter for it, as my share did the tendon sauce..  We just had it, and again.. yummy.. clean plate and a big burp! Excuse us..
