Nandu (crab) , 2 lbs

onions , 1/4 kg

green chillies , 4 - 5

Fennal seeds , 1teaspoon

garlic , 5 pods

salt to taste

turmeric , 1/4 teaspoon

curry leaves, 10 - 12

oil to fry

Preparation

  • Open the can , remove the water and put some turmeric and mix.
  • Peel the garlic and keep it aside.
  • Cut onion into fine slices.
  • Cut green chillies into fine slices0.
  • In a kadai add oil and add the fennel seeds then add garlic,curry leaves and green chillies then fry until the garlic are cooked.
