Weekend Ala Carte Brunch at Jing
My cousin celebrated Father's Day with my uncle at Jing. So we are invited to go along too. Reservation was made weeks ago for this lunch. Jing is the 2nd branch of Majestic Restaurant lead by Award wining Chef Yong Bing Ngen. It's Father day, so expected to be fully booked and crowded. The first and 2nd round of ordering were quite prompt and efficient but later when the restaurant started to fill up, our orders started to slow down and 2 of it were not served. The ambience was quite nice but aircon was not cooling enough and I actually felt quite warmed. My personal preference will still be Cherry Garden in terms of food and services eventhough you have to pay at least S$10.00 more. However, overall was still a pleasant dining experience and definitely value for money.
There are more than 60 items in the menu and we managed to try about half of it. Certain items were quite commendable while others were just normal. Those highlighted in colour were my personal favourites. There were too many items we tried so just let my pictures speak for themselves. Dim Sum ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() 1.
