Do you prefer fudgy brownie or creamy tiramisu? Good news: you don't have to choose anymore! This dessert combines the best of both worlds in one ultra-comforting cake. It's the kind of recipe that gets everyone around the table on the same wavelength.
We start with a chocolatey brownie base, soft at the core and slightly crunchy around the edges (yes, the kind we dream of nibbling on while still warm), then add a layer of coffee-soaked boudoirs for the intense taste of tiramisu.
And for the finishing touch, a light, unctuous mascarpone cream to sweeten every bite.
A sprinkling of unsweetened cocoa on top, and voilà: a melting, creamy, moist cake, in short... the dessert for indecisive and true gourmets ;)
