A Basic Burger (Veg and Non-Veg Recipe)

An easy and quick burger recipe is what you might be looking for on a busy day. Maybe for your ownself as a substitute of a full course Indian meal, or maybe for your little one's school lunch box. Or generally, just like that, as anytime snack. I mean, one doesn't need a reason to have a burger. It suits me because it saves my time.

Hubby dear is agaist burgers, though. Or at the risk of being biased, can I say, he's against any American food. This doesn't imply that he dwells on Indian and only Indian food. Mind you, he has and loves tasting and experimenting cuisines from all over the world. A sailor has the opportunity to relish all kinds of dishes and cuisines after all. But burgers and the likes, no way! Those are just not meant for him. So, I make burgers, and devour them myself.
Basic Burger
My readers will know that we are stictly non-vegetarians. However, for my many vegetarian friends and readers, I will post a vegetarian version for a basic burger. The pictures here are of chicken burgers, though. Actually, once you have a basic burger recipe at hand, you can jolly well let your imaginations and creativity fly and think of umpteen types of patties for the burger.
