Red beans vegetarian cheeseburger - video recipe!
What a treat than a nice cheeseburger when you are hungry! And even if you have a vegetarian diet, you can still enjoy a juicy cheeseburger we this recipe!

- In the blender bowl, put the red beans, the peeled onion and garlic clove, and a little bit of water. Mix well.
- Put in a bowl, add all the other ingredients and combine.
- Heat some oil in a pan (more than you would do with a regular burger). Put 2 stacks of the red bean mix in and shape them into burgers.
- Cook for around 8 minutes on medium heat. If it is not cooked enough, it will crumble. Turn them over and cook for 5 minutes.
- Thinly slice the onion, the tomato and the pickles. Cut the burger buns in half, and grill its inner sides on a hot pan.
- Spread some mustard on the bun bottom. Put some ketchup and one slice of onion.
- Put your red bean burger on it.
- Put the slice of cheese on it, then a tomato slice and some pickles.
- Finish with 2 leaves of lettuce, and put the top of the bun on it. Use a wooden stick to hold it together.
- There you are, your vegetarian cheeseburger is ready!
Observations
Leguminous plants : You can replace the beans with other leguminous plants, or even make a mix of several ones (chick peas, lentils,...)
