Vegetarian red bean burger

In the electric chopper bowl, put the drained red beans, the peeled onion, and garlic clove, and a little bit of water. Mix well.
Transfer to a bowl, add all the other ingredients, and mix well.
Heat some oil in a pan (more than you would use for regular patties). Place 2 mounds of the red bean mixture and shape them into patties.
Cook for about 8 minutes over medium heat. If the patty is not cooked enough, it will fall apart. Flip them over and cook for another 5 minutes.
Thinly slice the onion, tomato, and pickles. Cut the burger buns in half and grill the inner sides on a hot pan.
Take the bottom half of the burger bun and spread some mustard on it. Add ketchup and place a slice of onion on top.
Place your red bean patty on top.
Add a slice of cheese, then a slice of tomato, and some pickles.
Finish with 2 leaves of lettuce and place the top half of the bun on it. Use a toothpick to hold the burger together.
And there you have it, your vegetarian cheeseburger is ready!
Observations
Leguminous plants: You can use any type of legumes (chickpeas, fava beans, etc.)
