Vegetarian red beans burger - video recipe!
You shouldn't give up on burgers because you are a vegetarian! Here is a proof that you can enjoy it without eating any meat!

- In the blender bowl, put the red beans, the peeled onion and garlic clove, and a little bit of water. Mix well.
- Put in a bowl, add all the other ingredients and combine.
- Heat some oil in a pan (more than you would do with a regular burger). Put 2 stacks of the red bean mix in and shape them into burgers.
- Cook for around 8 minutes on medium heat. If it is not cooked enough, it will crumble. Turn them over and cook for 5 minutes.
- There you are, you vegetarian red beans burgers are ready!
Observations
Leguminous plants : You can replace the beans with other leguminous plants, or even make a mix of several ones (chick peas, lentils,...)
