Vegetarian red bean burgers - video recipe!
You don't have to give up burgers just because you're a vegetarian! Here's proof that you can enjoy them without eating meat!

In the blender bowl, put the drained red beans, the peeled onion, and garlic clove, along with a little bit of water. Blend well.
Transfer to a bowl, add all the other ingredients, and mix well.
Heat some oil in a pan (use more than you would for regular burgers). Place 2 mounds of the bean mixture in the pan and shape them into burgers.
Cook for about 8 minutes on medium heat. If the burger isn't cooked enough, it will fall apart. Flip them over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
And there you have it, your vegetarian red bean burgers are ready!

Choice of legumes: You can replace or mix several types (chickpeas, lentils, etc.)
Condiments and spices: Let your taste buds guide you by adding spices and condiments of your choice for a highly personalized result!
For oven cooking: Bake your burgers for about 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
