A nice folding with puff pastry to get these pretty flowers, perfect for a quick dinner party appetizer !

Ingredients

• 1 puff pastry
• 4 frankfurter sausages
• 1 egg

Preparation

• Cut the pastry in 4, and roll each sausage with it.
• Slice each sausage in 10, being careful not to cut entirely. You can use chopsticks as a stopper.
  
• Take half a sausage, and fold, as shown in thevideo, to form a flower. If the flower is not very pretty, that's no problem, it will get better during baking.
• Brush with the beaten egg, and bake 15 minutes at 360°F.
  
• There you are, your flaky flowers are ready !
