A nice folding with puff pastry to get these pretty flowers, perfect for a quick dinner party appetizer !

Cut the pastry in 4, and roll each sausage with it.
Slice each sausage in 10, being careful not to cut entirely. You can use chopsticks as a stopper.
Take half a sausage, and fold, as shown in thevideo, to form a flower. If the flower is not very pretty, that's no problem, it will get better during baking.
Brush with the beaten egg, and bake 15 minutes at 360°F.
There you are, your flaky flowers are ready !
