Lemon feta and chives samosas
These samosas are full of flavors !
Preparation

Prepare stuffing : mix feta + lemon juice + fresh chives + salt + pepper.

Cut the filo pastry sheets in half. Fold the sheet in half

Put some stuffing at one edge.Start to fold into triangles.

Fold again into triangles, brush the filo puff pastry left with egg wash and press to seal the samosa.

Put the samosas on a baking sheet and brush some olive oil on each side. Bake 10 min a 390°F (200°C).
