Simple and easy dessert


Number of serving: 4
Fresh cream – 1 Cup

Milk - 1 Cup

Castor Sugar - 1/2 cup

Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp

Gelatin – 2 tsp

Pinch of salt


  • Soak gelatin with cold water and keep aside for about 30 minutes. Or just follow the pack instructions.
  • In a deep bottom pan, mix all the other ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • When warm , add in the gelatin and mix well till all the gelatin is dissolved.
  • Pour them into small dessert cups or any other moulds of your choice and refrigerate for about 3-4 hours. ( If you need them urgently, put them in the freezer, that is what I did …lol..)
  • To serve, slightly warm the bottom of the vessel and flip onto a serving plate.
  • Garnish as per your choice. We had it with chocolate sauce and cashews.
