• Mixed vegetables chopped - 1/2 cup
• Basmati rice - 2 cups
• Onion medium sliced - 2

• Thick yogurt/ curd - 2 tbsp
• Mint leaves chopped - 1 cup
• Coriander leaves chopped - 1/2 cup
• Salt to taste
• Green chili - 6( +/-)
• Ginger - 2"
• Garlic cloves - 6
• Cloves - 5
• Cardamon - 2
• Cinnamon - 2"
• Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
• Bay leaves - 3
• Ghee/ Oil - required
