Crab stuffed salmon

Preparation
- Combine ingredients in a large bowl except the salmon.
- Divide salmon into 6 portions and cut a slice down the center making room for stuffing.
- Fill each fillet of salmon with crab filling about 1/2 c each.
- Place stuffed salmon into a baking dish and bake @ 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes until cooked through!
- Combine crab, lemon, garlic and parsley. Slice the salmon and stuff with crab mixture.
- Pop into a preheated 400 degree oven for 18 minutes.
