Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
1 lb Jumbo Lump Crab Meat

1 Lemon juice and zest

1/4 cup parsley

3 garlic cloves

2.5 Lbs Salmon

Preparation

  • Combine ingredients in a large bowl except the salmon.
  • Divide salmon into 6 portions and cut a slice down the center making room for stuffing.
  • Fill each fillet of salmon with crab filling about 1/2 c each.
  • Place stuffed salmon into a baking dish and bake @ 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes until cooked through!
  • Combine crab, lemon, garlic and parsley. Slice the salmon and stuff with crab mixture.
  • Pop into a preheated 400 degree oven for 18 minutes.
