Lemon Sarsi Chicken
Preparation

Heat oil, pat dry the wings, put it into a pan to fry till brown both side.

Pour in Sarsi, a bit of salt and some water, just to cover the chicken and simmer till sauce reduce to half.

Add sugar and/or salt to taste.Thicken the sauce with corn starch water just before serving.
