Mexican turkey meatloaf
Boring turkey meatloaf is given a makeover with this festive recipe!
Ingredients
Number of serving: 8
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 can diced green chiles
1/2- 1 can black
beans, drained and rinsed well
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 lb. ground turkey
2 c. salsa
Cilantro, sour cream, lime wedges for garnish
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl stir together the bread crumbs and milk.
Add remaining ingredients except meat and salsa. Stir well.
Now add the meat and gently mix with your hands.
Pat meat down into a baking dish, or 2 loaf pans sprayed with cooking spray.
Cook in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Serve with fresh cilantro, sour cream, and a lime wedge.
