1 onion chopped in 1 inch pieces

1/2 red capsicum chopped in 1 inch pieces

1/2 yellow capsicum chopped in 1 inch pieces

1/2 green capsicum chopped in 1 inch pieces

1 cup paneer cut into small pieces

10-12 basil leaves torn

2-3 garlic flakes crushed.

1 tablespoon sesame oil


1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce

1 tablespoon green chilli sauce

1 teaspoon soya sauce

1 teaspoon oyster sauce

1 teaspoon honey


  • Marinate the capsicums, onion and paneer in the marinade and refrigerate for an hour or two.
  • Heat a wok, add the sesame oil, add the garlic flakes, torn basil leaves and stir fry for a minute.
  • Now add the marinated paneer and vegetables and stir fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • You may need to reduce the fire sometimes to allow the vegetables to cook and to avoid burning them.
  • Transfer to serving plate and serve hot.
