- Sift flour, add sugar and vanilla essence into mixing bowl.
- Pour ghee mixture in flour mixture and knead well to form a firm dough.
- Preheat the oven to 170°C. Roll dough into small ball sizes and place on tray.
- Place a small piece glazed cherry or either red or green food colour to decorate the cookie.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes till cooked. The cookies should be white and crumbly in texture.
- Cool on wire rack before storing in air-tight container.
