Here is a tip to make your own fruit sauce or coulis, to have the perfect desserts!

Ingredients

Number of serving: 6
5 oz jam of the desired fruit

1 Tbsp water

Materials

Microwave oven
Strainer

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Homemade fruit sauce / coulis
    Add 1 Tbsp of water in the jam and mix. Put in the microwave oven for 40 seconds.
    Strain to take all the seeds and peels out.
  • Step 2 - Homemade fruit sauce / coulis
    Once the sauce is smooth, leave to cool down at room temperature.
  • Step 3 - Homemade fruit sauce / coulis
    There you are, your fruit sauce is ready! You can use it with panna cotta, cheesecakes and plenty other desserts!
