Here is a tip to make your own fruit sauce or coulis, to have the perfect desserts!

- Microwave oven
- Strainer

- Add 1 Tbsp of water in the jam and mix. Put in the microwave oven for 40 seconds.
Strain to take all the seeds and peels out. - Once the sauce is smooth, leave to cool down at room temperature.
- There you are, your fruit sauce is ready! You can use it with panna cotta, cheesecakes and plenty other desserts!
