Place the hazelnuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F). Let cool.
Remove the skins from the hazelnuts by rolling them under your hands. Melt the white chocolate.
Transfer the peeled hazelnuts to a food processor. Add the melted white chocolate.
Blend everything until you achieve a smooth paste. Transfer to an airtight container.
It's ready!
Observations
Store your spread in the refrigerator. It will harden, which is normal; take it out of the fridge a little before use so it can return to a liquid state.
