Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt. Add the vanilla extract and beer, and mix well.
Gradually incorporate the flour while mixing. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat the pan and grease the bottom with a paper towel soaked in oil. Pour half a ladle of batter and spread it well by lifting the pan.
Flip the crepe when the edges start to lift from the pan using a spatula, or by tossing the crepe! Let the other side cook until golden, then repeat!
It's ready! Just fill your crepes with jam, sugar, or spread!
