Beer batter crepes - dairy-free crepes

Preparation

Beat the eggs with salt + sugar. Add vanilla extract + beer and mix well.

Add the flour gradually while mixing. Wrap the bowl and refrigerate 30 minutes.

Warm up the pan and grease it with a paper towel soaked with oil. Pour some batter in the pan and spread it well moving the pan.

Turn the crepe when the borders start to unstick the pan. When the other side is golden the crepe is ready, you can cook the others :-)
