In a pot, put the water, butter, and salt to heat. When the butter has melted and the mixture starts to boil, add the flour all at once.
Mix vigorously until the dough pulls away from the sides. Continue mixing a bit to dry out the dough.
Remove the pot from the heat and add the eggs one at a time, mixing vigorously each time to ensure the dough is elastic.
Fill your churros maker with the dough and pipe churros over your hot oil bath (180°C). Cut with scissors and let your churros fry for 4 minutes.
After frying, dip each churro in powdered sugar.
And there you have it, your churros are ready!
Observations
No churros maker? You can use a piping bag fitted with a star tip, but the pressure may be challenging, so feel free to double your piping bags!
