  • Mix/combine all the ingredients for the stuffing and load into each piece of the prepared taufu pok as much as you can fit in.
    Steam until meat is firm and cooked.
    As for the dipping sauce, stir in all the ingredients in a small serving bowl.
    Serve the steamed taufu with the dipping sauce.
