Ingredients

4 servings
9 pieces of taufu pok - cut/slit into two and remove those little bits of white taufu pieces inside.

For The Stuffing

40g minced chicken

1 tsp cornflour

2 stalks of coriander leaves (chopped)

salt and pepper to taste

For The Dipping Sauce

1 red chilly

1/2 inch ginger


** all these ingredients to be chopped

4 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp sugar

salt to taste

Preparation

Mix/combine all the ingredients for the stuffing and load into each piece of the prepared taufu pok as much as you can fit in.
Steam until meat is firm and cooked.
As for the dipping sauce, stir in all the ingredients in a small serving bowl.
Serve the steamed taufu with the dipping sauce.
