A pretty lazy day!
Hello! Today has been a very lazy day! I have so much to do (including major office work) but I just couldn't bring myself to do anything! Ever have days like that?! I did get one order finished as I have a customer picking up tomorrow but other than that I lounged around and got caught up on Hell's Kitchen on the PVR. Oh! and I may have had a 2hr nap ;-)
Tomorrow I've got housework and paperwork that I must try and get caught up on. This is the week before hubby's holidays so I want to get as much as possible taken care of so we are free to do whatever we want. I'll be honest I still haven't been tracking the last 2 days. I will get back to it tomorrow. I don't want to be paying for something I'm not using. Yesterday hubby made me breakfast in bed...on a work day!! I thought I was dreaming at first..haha. I had a lovely egg sammie on a ciabatta bun with OJ. I did not however have my camera handy. I forgot lunch and then thought why bother doing just dinner. Sorry! I did get today's eats though: PB/Jam on toasted ciabatta... BBQ Portobello Mushroom burger with fried onions, diced tomato, Swiss chard and 1 slice of light Havarti cheese served with roasted asparagus and homemade sweet potato fries w/ 2 Tbsp tzatziki. So good! (Hubby made a few stuffed mushrooms on the side, but they weren't my favorite and I didn't eat them) I was craving breakfast for dinner. Waffles were in order. When mixing the batter I also added 1/4c cacao powder and 2 Tbsp hemp seeds. We are trying to use up our fresh fruit so we loaded up on top. I finished it off with 2 Tbsp maple syrup and ff cool whip. Really yummy and filling! Hope you've enjoyed your Saturday! See ya tomorrow :-) related searches : Pretty
