Another dehydrating adventure that shows up in the cube!

By kubiclekitchen (Visit website)

Last night I dehydrated a bunch of sad looking tomatoes that had seen better days. I'm so happy I can dry foods instead of throwing them out!

The yellow tomatoes were especially delicious!

Home made sun dried tomatoes!

Oh.... check out my free VS panty card on top of the dehydrator!! Yay!

So I had to do another MORNING GRILL because I was too busy (read lazy here) to make lunch last night.

I quickly sliced a zucchini and a couple carrots. Then I shaved the end off a block of tofu. After about 2 minutes on each side on extra high heat (and a sprinkle of black pepper and galric powder) they were ready!

Quick and easy! HIGH HEAT IS MY FRIEND!

Breakfast part 1 was these 2 beauties.

Unfortunately the peel was an EPIC FAIL!

Oh but don't worry.... I still devoured it!

The apple never had a chance either.

I also had some delicious cinnamon oats but I forgot to take their picture.

Lunch in the Kubicle Kitchen:

ASSEMBLY REQUIRED

Toasted WW English Muffin with my freshly grilled veggies and a couple of my homemade sun dried tomatoes (re heated in the micro).

*sorry so blurry*

On the side was a HUGE refrigerator salad with more of my homemade maters and straight up salsa as dressing.

I've decided that Sadie's Salsa is my new favorite salad dressing. HungryGirl always talks about using salsa instead of dressing. It never seemed good to me. SO GLAD I TRIED IT!

I'll be gone for the weekend. So if I don't get to look at blogs for the next few days I'll catch up on Monday.

I loved hearing about everyone's workout attire in yesterday's comments. I use to just wear "whatever" but I've recently increased my performance wear. Mostly because I'm teaching aerobics now and it's much more professional looking and doesn't show sweat as much. I don't want to look TOTALLY DRENCHED in front of my students! :D

Question of the day: Are you nervous speaking in large groups??? I get totally FREAKED OUT to speak in public (like for my office job) but for some reason when I get up to teach aerobics I feel very comfortable. Maybe it's because I'm so passionate about it and have so much fun working out.

Please share!
