Celebrate father?s day with grilled fish in creamy sauce

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
Boneless fish fillets 2

Lemon juice 2tsp

Mustard powder ½ tsp

Butter 1tsp

Fresh cream 4tsp

Sugar ½ tsp

Basil chopped ½ tsp

Parsley chopped ½ tsp

Oil (refined) 1tsp

Salt and pepper according to taste

Lemon wedge 2

Preparation

  • First of all marinate the fish with 1tsp of lemon juice, mustard powder, salt , pepper and chopped basil.
  • Put on the flame and if you have a grill pan, this ribbed pan is very useful for low calorie fast indoor grilling (otherwise use simple pan) give oil and then put the fish and grill the fish (shallow fry).
  • Put the grilled fish on a serving dish. For the sauce put another pan on slow flame put butter as it melt add the cream stir and then add sugar salt and pepper.
  • After this put off the flame then add 1tsp of lemon juice and chopped parsley stir and pour the sauce over the fish. Garnish with lemon wedge. My Father?s Day recipe is read to serve.
