Asiago Cheese Spread
With preparations in full force to go to the beach later this week, and plenty of leftovers in the fridge for a complete meal, I decided to make Asiago Cheese Spread to go on toasted French bread tonight. This was really easy to make, quick, and quite tasty. I think next time I will add some kalamati olives or finely diced red onions, just so it has a little more color. But the flavor was great as it was. Then again, cheese makes everything better~ Asiago Cheese Spread 1-1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese 3/4 cup mayonnaise 4 oz. marinated artichokes hearts, drained and diced 1 garlic clove, minced dried or fresh chives to garnish Loaf of French bread Mix the Asiago cheese, mayonnaise, diced artichoke hearts, and garlic together and put in an oven sage dish. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbling. Remove from oven and sprinkle chives on top. Serve with toasted French bread. related searches : Asiago
