- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Draw or print a Halloween pumpkin and cut it to use it as a stencil. Unroll your puff pastry, put the stencil on it and cut around to form the pumpkin.
- Baste some egg wash on the contour with your finger.
- With a teaspoon, apply apricot jam on the center of your pumpkin.
- Cut another pumpkin in the puff pastry. This Time, also cut the eyes and the mouth.
- Put this second pumpkin on top of the first and close the borders by pushing on it. Baste some egg wash on it and then sprinkle with icing sugar.
- You can repeat this until you have 5 flaky pumpkins. Put them in the oven during 20 minutes at 350°F.
- There you are, your flaky pumpkins are ready !
Observations
You can put the jam you want, not only apricot jam !
