Ingredients

Number of serving: 8
1 puff pastry

8 Tbsp tomato sauce

4 Tbsp grated cheese


pepper

8 black olives

Materials

Cookie cutter 9 cm diameter

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Halloween flaky mummies
    Unroll the puff pastry. With a cookie cutter, cut 8 circles.
  • Step 2 - Halloween flaky mummies
    Put the circles on a baking tray with baking paper. Prick the circles with a fork. Put 1 tbsp tomato sauce on top, and let an empty border.
  • Step 3 - Halloween flaky mummies
    Sprinkle with grated cheese, salt and pepper. Apply some water on the borders of the circles.
  • Step 4 - Halloween flaky mummies
    Cut some stripes in the remain puff pastry. Put the stripes on top of the circles, and press the borders to stick the stripes. Prick the stripes with a fork.
  • Step 5 - Halloween flaky mummies
    Bake during 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Add 2 slices of black olives on top to make the eyes (or just one if you want a cyclop).
  • Step 6 - Halloween flaky mummies
    There you are !
