Barbecue Brisket?Gotta Love It!
Oven Baked Barbecue Brisket Ingredients: 2-3 lbs Beef Brisket 1 tsp Lawry’s Seasoned Salt 1 tbsp McCormick Chicago Steak Seasoning 1 cup barbecue sauce Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Place brisket fat side up in roasting pan. 3. Rub salt and seasoning over the top of the brisket. 4.Wrap in heavy foil and bake for 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 190 degrees. 5.
