Betty Crocker I love you!
Today flew by and I was much less productive than I should have been! Oh well..there is always tomorrow right? I?m blaming it on the snow storm? Today?s meals where spot on. I tracked everything I ate and felt satisfied all day. I recently joined twitter and the people I?m following are helping me to feel motivated. I love the quick chats with daily quotes, eats and exercise. Why did I wait so long to try it out?! Hubby is at Ozzy tonight. He has been texting me photo?s. He went on a ?man date? with a coworker for dinner before they headed to the concert. He was so excited. It?s weird being home alone this late. We are always together! (And I wasn?t implying in some strange controlling way ) I actually miss the company! So onto the days menu:   Lunch was my Butternut Spinach Toss?  Midafternoon snackage= 1 massive apple!  Dinner was Dill salmon, steamed broccoli w/spray butter and a pc of whole wheat baguette. Superb!  I finished off the night with a perfect cup of Jo and a handful of mini PB cups! I had to run to the store tonight to get some ice melter and I came across this gem?.  One flip through and I was in awe! This book is pure bliss I swear!! Okay, so if you have been reading my blog for a while you know I?m obsessed with cookbooks but this really may just be my favorite. Not only is it full of the cutest idea?s for holiday treats but it has meal and drink idea?s/recipes, cute ways to wrap your treats, crafts for kids, etc. The best part?
