Big on Hummus

I guess the competition is on, to claim the Guinness record for "world's largest dish of hummus" (as seen in this article). The Lebanese made an impressive quantity (4,532 lbs.) in 2009, but that just riled the Israeli chefs, who whipped up a batch almost double that.
