3.5 oz yoghurt (in this case Greek yoghurt)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp agave syrup (or pinch of sugar)
1 tsp onion flakes
2 large sprigs chives (or 2 tsp dried)
salt and pepper

Preparation

Place the yogurt in a small bowl, then add the lemon juice, agave syrup (or sugar), onion flakes, salt, pepper and chives.
Mix well.
