BLOG POST 100: CAFE EUROPA 1537 HOWE AVENUE

First let me blurt out, wow my 100th blog post can you believe it?

Yes it's true, I have made 100 entries on my blog about Sacramento restaurants & my easy to cook recipes. Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page & click the older posts link to see all of my reviews.

OK with all that being said, yesterday after work I decided to grab some takeout from Cafe Europa which is located at 1537 Howe Ave suite 116.

Most of you recall back in the day Cafe Europa having a small restaurant in Arden Fair shopping center. They were there for many years.

As far as I know this is the same Cafe Europa.

One thing for certain the food was excellent!

As I left work I phoned in my order. I had found some info online & decided to order the Lamb Kabob Entree.

This consisted of grilled marinated lamb, rice pilaf & pita bread. It came with some dipping sauce & a few veggies as well.

Let me say this hit the spot. Way better than fast food. The lamb was tasty & tender. The rice pilaf was perfect. No complaints here folks!

The total for my meal was $9.24. Worth every penny.

Will I go back? Oh hell yeah!!!

I give Cafe Europa 4 out of 4 stars.
