Cheese sticks
For all the cheese lovers out there, this incredibly easy recipe for crispy cheese sticks will make you happy! Cut your Emmental cheese into sticks, make a dough, and use it to wrap the cheese pieces. After a quick fry, you'll have a gooey inside and a crunchy outside... :-) If you don't have a deep fryer, you can always fry your sticks in a pan. And if you're short on time, you can replace the dough with store-bought pizza dough ;-)

Mix all the ingredients, except for the cheese, to form a dough. Then refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough and cut it into strips. Cut your cheese into sticks, not too thick.
Wrap a strip of dough around each cheese stick, making sure to seal the ends well.
Fry for 4 minutes at 190°C.
And there you have it, your cheese sticks are ready!
Observations
Choice of cheese: You can use a variety of cheeses, preferably hard cheeses that hold up better during cooking.
Baking in the oven: You can bake your sticks in the oven for 10 to 20 minutes at 180°C.
