Cheese corn pizza paratha recipe

This is a special Paratha(Indian Bread) stuffed with cheese and corns. It's so delicious that kids will surely love this. It looks like Pizza and can be great for lunch and dinners.

First of all knead the dough properly by adding water and oil as needed to give it a smooth texture.
Prepare mixture by taking a bowl and put boiled corns, chopped baby corns, black pepper, salt, mozzarella cheese, processed cheese, italian seasoning and mix until well combined. Keep it aside.
Take one portion from the dough and roll it nicely with hands.
Now start rolling it into a round thin disc/chapati
Spread some mayonnaise all around the chapati.
Now put the corn cheese mixture on one half of the chapatti.
Now close the chapati from one end into half by gently pressing with hand then making a pattern and press the edges gently with the help of fork.Now seal it properly.
Take a pan and put some oil and fry the paratha on medium heat.
Press it gently with the help of spatula especially the edges.Fry till they become brown and crisp from both sides.
