Cheese mille feuille - video recipe!
You know Napoleon, this French cake, with a thousand layers (mille feuilles)? Here is a funny way to revisit this classic, only in a salty dish. This melting cheese will make your stomach scream!

- 4 x 3-inch cake circles

- Cook the potatoes then mash them. Using a circle, cut 8 pieces in each buckwheat crepe.
- Put the circles on a baking tray. Put a piece of crepe, then 2 tsp of mashed potatoes and press well.
- Put another piece of crepe, then a previously cut slice of cheese. For each new ingredient, put a crepe piece first.
- Continue with ham, then the minced onions that you have previously brown, then cheese again. Add ham, and finish with mashed potatoes. End with the last piece of crepe.
- Bake 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- Unmold, and there you are, your cheese mille feuille is ready !
