Cheese mille feuille - video recipe!
You know Napoleon, this French cake, with a thousand layers (mille feuilles)? Here is a funny way to revisit this classic, only in a salty dish. This melting cheese will make your stomach scream!

Cook the potatoes then mash them. Using a circle, cut 8 pieces in each buckwheat crepe.
Put the circles on a baking tray. Put a piece of crepe, then 2 tsp of mashed potatoes and press well.
Put another piece of crepe, then a previously cut slice of cheese. For each new ingredient, put a crepe piece first.
Continue with ham, then the minced onions that you have previously brown, then cheese again. Add ham, and finish with mashed potatoes. End with the last piece of crepe.
Bake 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Unmold, and there you are, your cheese mille feuille is ready !
