Panini malaysian style

Ingredients

4 slices of bread
4 slices of cheddar cheese
8 slices of tomato
1 onion - sliced into rings
4-5 pieces of lettuce leaves - tear into smaller pieces
chilly sauce - as needed
tomato sauce - as needed

Preparation

Into one slice of bread, place a cheese slice on top.
Then add with two slices of tomato and lettuce leaves.
Drizzle in chilly and tomato sauce.
Place another slice of cheese on top of these ingredients.
Drizzle some more of chilly and tomato sauce.
Close with a slice of bread on top.
Do the same to the other two slices of bread.
Put both packs of bread on a heated portable grill.
On top of the bread packs, place a baking tray large enough to cover them.
Place two heavy cans on top of the baking tray, I did with two big cans of condensed milk.
Once one side is grilled, remove the tray and turn to grill the other.
Place back the tray and cans on top.
It will take another 5 mins or so if grilled over low heat for the dark brown coloring of the bread slices.
Remove and cut across before being served
