Roll out your pizza dough into a circle.
On one half, spread the crème fraîche. Then, scatter the chopped ham and finally place the cooked potato slices.
Finally, arrange the raclette cheese slices on top. Fold the dough over to form a calzone.
Seal the dough by pressing all around with a fork.
Bake for 10 minutes at 410°F (210°C), or until the dough is nicely browned.
And there you have it, your raclette calzone is ready!
Observations
Cheese: you can replace it with another type.
