Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

80g butter

50g brown sugar

2 egg

60ml milk

140g All Purpose Flour

2 tablespoon coco powder

2 tablespoon baking powder


FILLING:

80g cream cheese

2 tablespoon brown sugar

Preparation

  • (1) sift flour, coco powder and baking powder.
    (2) hand mix FILLING till smooth.
    (3) blend butter and brown sugar with a mixer in low speed, add eggs one by one into it and blend well.
    (4) add in half of sifted flour ingredients and continue mixing it.
    (5) pour in milk and oso d rest of d flour.
    (6) stop d mixer and make sure no lumps in d batter with a spatula or spoon.
    (7) continue d blend of it.
    (8) b sure d whole mixing process is not to long to get a soft texture of ur cuppy.
    (9) spoon 1/4 of ur choco batter into d small cuppy then add 1/4 of ur cream cheese filling into d center part. Lastly cover it with 1/4 of ur choco batter again. So another 1/4 is up 2d cuppy 2rise....^^
    (10)into d oven 170C, 25minutes.(preheat oven=180C)
