You won't believe how easy it is to prepare chef-style pickled onions in minutes

What's in it?

Very simple ingredients (red onions, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, pink pepper) and a chef's result guaranteed. A super easy preserve that adds flavor and character to any dish.

The quick 3-step process

  1. Cut onions into thin rounds after peeling and washing them well
  2. Boil vinegar, sugar, salt and pink pepper, then pour the liquid over the onions in sterilized jars and seal tightly
  3. Rest in the refrigerator for at least 24 h: the sweet-and-sour taste develops slowly, for a perfect, ready-to-taste preserve
