Ingredients

Makes 32 (2-tablespoon) servings

1 (8-ounce) package fat-free cream cheese, softened

1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon seasoned salt

2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

1 cup shredded reduced- fat Cheddar cheese

1 cup chopped dates

1 cup golden raisins

1 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Preparation

  • 1. In large bowl, mix together both cream cheeses, seasoned salt, and onion. Stir in Cheddar cheese, dates, raisins, cranberries, and pecans, mixing well.
    2. Mold into a ball, refrigerate until serving
