A really simple carrot cake, that you can arrange with everything you want. Cinnamon lover ? Throw a teaspoon of it in the batter ! More a ginger type ? Then don't worry, add some to this fabulous cake !

Ingredients

• 3 medium carrot
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 3 eggs
• 1/3 cup butter

Preparation

• Peel and cut the carrots into pieces, and blend them or grate them.
• Then put them in a bowl and add sugar, flour, and baking powder.
  
• Add the eggs and mix well, then add the melted butter.
• Bake 45 minutes at 360°F (180°C)
  
• There you got, your carrot cake is ready !
