Broccoli Pakora
Ingredients: Gram Flour (Besan): 1/2 cupBroccoli 1 (cut into small florets)Red chilli pwd: to tasteSalt: to tasteCarom seeds (Ajwain): 1/2 tsp (optional) Oil: for fryingMethod: Mix gram flour, red chilli pwd, salt, carom seeds with water (~1/4 cup) to form a smooth and slightly thick batter.Heat oil in kadai/ deep frying pan.Dip every floret in batter and then fry till it turns golden brown. Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup or mint sauce.
