Chapathi with Spinach(Palak)
Spinach chapathi with mixed curd and pickle Ingredients:- Spinach - 1 bunch(palak) Garlic - 3 cloves Zeera- 1 tbsp Wheat flour- 2 cups Sugar- 1/4 tbsp Salt - 1/4 tbsp Oil- 2 tbsp Procedure:- 1-First clean and cut the palak . 2-Now take a pan add tbsp of oil and then add garlic cloves and zeera and fry for a min the add palak and sprinkle a pinch of salt to it and close the lid and cook it in simmer for 4-5 min. 3-Now cool it off and then make a fine paste of the palak mixture. 4-Now in medium size bowl add wheat flour, salt, sugar, oil and the grind mixture into it and mix well now use water for making it into a soft dough. 5-Now separate the dough into small equal bolls and roll them with a rolling pin. 6-Now preheat the pan in higher flame the turn into mediun so the chpathi does not burns. Now fry them both the sides by spreading oil until golden spots appears. 7-Serve hot with any curry related searches : Chapathi
