Chicken Fried Rice N Pepper Omelette
Fried rice! do anyone say No to this delicious rice dish..i think i prepared almost a huge varieties of Fried rice with many sorts of veggies, i prepared this time with shredded chicken n veggies.. Delicious Chicken Fried Rice prefect for kids, am damn sure that they will surely finish their plate without any problem, as a side dish to this delicious fried rice, i prepared simple omelette with pepper powder n salt..i love this pepper omlette very much, also this is one of my family's fav too..Both these fried rice n pepper omelette together tastes amazing n fabulous..U need to follow certain basic stps to follow before making ur fried rice..The rice should be cold else while making fried rice they rice will be sticky n the dish will turns soggy, to avoid wash n cook the rice (basmati r jasmine rice) before n cool it....Cook the chicken in boiling water with salt n cook fully, drain the stock (this can be used for any soup) and shred the chicken pieces n keep aside...Just follow these simple steps before preparing the Fried rice, this will turn ur fried rice too prefect... Chicken Fried Rice: 2 cup Cooked rice 1no Onion (cut lengthwise) 2cup Cabbage (shredded) 1no Carrot 1cup Capsicum (thinely sliced) 1tbsp Ginger (finely minced) 5nos Garlic cloves(finely minced) 1bunch Spring onions (finely chopped) 1cup Boneless chicken (fully cooked and shredded) 2tsp Soy sauce 1tsp Green chilli sauce 1/2tsp White pepper powder 1/2tsp Black pepper powder 1/2tsp Salt 5tbsp Oil Heat the oil in a large pan, stir fry on hight flame all the veggies except the spring onions along with gigner n garlic with little salt.. Once the veggies turns slightly tender, add the cooked rice, shredded chicken, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, soya sauce, chilli sauce, spring onions and mix well to combine.. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes n put off the stove.. Delicious Chicken Fried Rice! Pepper Omelette: 1no Egg 1/4tsp Pepper powder 1pinch Salt Oil Drizzle few drops of oil in a small pan, break the egg n pour it directly to the hot oil, springle pepper powder n salt, cook on both sides until they turn golden brown r completely cooked..
