Chicken,Stilton & leek Lasagne
40g Diced chicken (i used thigh because it tastes better,so i think)2 cloves of garlic15g leek5g stiltonReady made lasagne sheets(i made my own pasta sheets i will post the recipe up later)2 tbspn Olive oilSalt & Pepper100ml Double cream
A bechemel sauce recipe (i didnt use bechemel but some people like to :)) This is soooooooooooooo simple, and so delicious!! ive used this "lasagne filling" in pies,in bakes or just simply over chips! Start by dicing your chicken and slicing up your leeks! Add you oil into a hot pan and then add your Garlic and then your chicken, cooking slowly,Then add your leeks.Cook out for about a minute, then add your stilton and double cream. The mixture should be quite sloppy because the pasta will soak it up! *i love my technical terms* Layer the filling and the pasta until you run out of mix! you can layer bechemel through and put some on top but i didnt because..its creamy and saucy enough! i topped mine with stilton too. these picture dont do this dish any justice but if you want good hearty food this is your dish! Thanks to those who have sent in some recipes for the stilton competition! they sound delicious!! :D related searches : Chicken
